Acrylic Oil Paintings - Human Body in 2D Painting...
Alexa Meade Innovative Live Painter
Alexa Meade, a 23 year old Washington, DC based artist has a special talent. Where most painters make their paintings and other artistic work lively by trying to imitate a 2-D canvas into 3-D, Alexa on the other hand makes live paintings on 3-D objects and with the use of photography converts them to canvas oil painting, thus imitating life in life.
Alexa has innovated this new painting technique called Trompe-L’Oeil that compresses three-dimensional space into a two-dimensional plane. Her work requires a fusion of painting, photography and performance by the artists. In her approach towards creating this lively painting, Alexa coats her models with a mask of paint, that hides the body but at the same time makes it more artistically live. The models are then camouflaged with a similar looking environment and objects. Together they give the impression of a raw 3-D oil painting, which is so clicked that it looks 2-D. The photographic presentation creates a bridge between the smoothness of the physical scenery and the impression of a canvas oil paint.

MacBook Air 11.6" Smaller Size Apple Product...
Apple Inc is set to launch a new 11.6-inch MacBook Air, an Intel Core i-series ultra-low voltage processor and a new iPod Touch in the second half of 2010.
The new generation of devices will be manufactured by Quanta Computer, according to a senior analyst at Digitimes Research.
The 11.6-inch MacBook Air will feature “an even slimmer and lighter design than the previous-generation models.”
* Smaller form factor. Particularly, it will become an 11.6 incher coming from the smallest macbook yet which is 13.3 inch.
* It will use an SSD card instead of the conventional hard-drisk drive (HDD). This was said to be the secret ingredient to make the form factor of the new macbook smaller.
* Since it used an SSD card, its rebooting time will be faster; comparable to Apple’s handheld units (e.g: iPod, iPhone and iPad)
* It may use another type of processor rather than the usual Intel brand. The leak suggests Apple may do a partnership with AMD to launch a newly customized processor for this device, thus making the form factor even smaller.
* Now that the size is smaller and it will use an SSD and AMD type of processor. There’s a big chance that this device will even become cheaper as well.

"Terros de Hercules" - "Rafael de La-Hoz" Amazing work, Spain...
Located in Bay of Algeciras – Spain, Rafael de La-Hoz architect have completed design the building of Las Torres de Hercules.
Las Torres de Hercules will have 100 meters of exterior frame and another 26 corresponding to a telecommunications antenna. 126 meters in total. In a few days, the building’s structure will eclipse the honor of Seville’s Giralda of being the tallest building in the Andalusian Community.
From Architect :
The building’s 20 floors are 80 meters tall. The interior modulation of the offices has been started with the installation of raised floors and heating and cooling elements as well as lighting on the floors’ temporary ceilings. Each one of the floors is windowed on the interior of the concrete frame.
The plan for the construction projects the conclusion of work by the end of this year, although the first weeks of 2009 have not been ruled out as the definitive end date as the exterior of the towers still needs to be finished, mainly the man-made lake that will surround them, the green areas, and 200 covered parking spots.
With the structure of the towers practically finished, the inscription of “Non Plus Ultra” that encircles them is more easily appreciated. The choice of this motto is not casual, given that the Torres de Hercules draw their inspiration from those that appear on the Andalusian coat of arms, while also being a mythological allegory between Europe and Africa.
